1) Contracted Support Services
2) Call Based Support Services
Within the scope of the "Support Agreement" or "Call-Based Support Requests" made with our customers on an annual basis, we can provide our services both on-site and remotely over the internet.
Today, with the advancement of technology and the increase in internet bandwidth, working with remote connection tools and making Online-Meetings have become both faster and more economical.
