What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly billing charges you each month; annual billing is paid once and saves you about 20%. Plan features are identical regardless of billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated against the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at renewal.

How long can I use the free Planör plan?

Planör can be tried free for 1 month with full access to every module. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account closes; your data remains read-only accessible for a further grace period.

Are taxes included in the listed prices?

No — listed prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT rate is added at invoicing.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and account-based invoicing for corporate customers.

Do you offer data migration and training?

Data migration, training, and customization are offered as additional services by Infosim or our solution partners. Pricing for these services is entirely man-day based and determined according to your specific requirements.

Is there a contract commitment?

Monthly subscriptions have no contract commitment and can be cancelled anytime. Annual subscriptions are valid through the end of the term.
