Your Digital Assistant welcomes you
When you first open the app an assistant welcomes you. Type or say what you want to do; it points to the right menu, answers your questions and, if needed, passes your request on to our team.
AI usage from one shared pool
The monthly AI credit in your package is shared by everyone in the company; if it runs out you add more. You can see who spent how much on what this month.
Dealer and partner commissions calculate themselves
In the Partner Management add-on, commission classes are set by partner level; when a payment is collected the commission is calculated automatically.
A gift e-Document credit with annual subscriptions
With annual payment you receive a gift e-Document credit based on your plan; it is used during the gift period and tracked in the credit ledger.
e-Document archive in your storage meter
Your storage usage now includes e-Document archives, so you track everything in one place. Incoming e-Invoices are stored and open quickly.
Customer industry in the follow-up list
See the customer’s industry in the follow-up list; anyone who can see the list can also open a follow-up’s details.
Match products easily on incoming e-Invoices
When you import an e-Invoice, the app asks for a product card for any unmatched line and suggests one; on the product card, e-Invoice and receipt matches appear in a separate tab as a table.
Recurring sales invoices are generated from a template
Define a template once and generate your regularly issued sales invoices from it.
Payroll and social-security work is better prepared
Social-security (SGK) declaration fields, the MUHSGK declaration preparation screen with a pre-check, severance and notice calculation, and legislation rates that follow their effective dates.
Your data never mixes with other companies’
Data separation between companies and permission checks were tightened; each user sees only the records they are allowed to see.
