Finance & Accounting

From cash to accounting, from checks/notes to budgeting — the financial operations backbone in a single module. Cash, bank, credit card/POS, multi-currency; Turkish uniform chart of accounts (100–990), automatic integration vouchers, e-Ledger compliant journal lock; period-end closing and Period Lock to protect historical data.

Key capabilities

Cash & Bank

Multiple cash points, bank accounts (IBAN), credit card/POS, inter-account transfers (virman), and currency conversions. Each cash point operates in its own currency; without bank integration, manual entries are supported, while open banking lets balances flow automatically.

Receivables & Payables

Collection and payment vouchers to current accounts; partial settlement of multiple invoices from a single collection; due-date tracking. Payment vouchers in draft state don't affect the account statement and queue for finance approval.

General Ledger

Uniform chart of accounts tree (sub-account breakdowns, tax/account parameter bindings); manual debit-credit-payment vouchers plus automatic integration vouchers. Trial balance + subsidiary ledger drill down to source documents with a double-click; e-Ledger compliant 10-day journal lock.

FX & Exchange Rate Differences

Currency buy/sell and conversion vouchers; uses CBRT or selected rate source. End-of-month automatic FX revaluation marks open foreign-currency accounts to market, posting profit to 646 and loss to 656.

Fixed Assets & Securities

Asset cards with depreciation schedules (e.g. 5 years/20%), assignment to employees, scrap/sale closure; portfolio of received/issued checks and notes, due date, bank and debtor tracking, endorsement and bounced-note reversal.

Budgeting & Period Ops

Departmental/cost-center budgets per period with hard limit (over-budget purchases blocked), plan vs actual comparison and scenario simulation. Opening voucher carries forward balances; Period Lock protects closed months from retroactive changes.
