Add-on

Sales Channels (OMS)

Register your marketplaces and e-commerce stores as channels in Kaptan Köşkü: orders are pulled in automatically, stock and price data is pushed out to each channel. A record the channel cannot process never blocks the flow — it lands in the exception queue, where you fix it and close it with one click. Every sync run is logged, so the answer to "why didn't that order come in?" is always on screen. An add-on enabled per organization.

Key capabilities

Channel Definitions

Every marketplace or e-commerce store is a channel card: code, name, channel type (Marketplace / E-Commerce / Own Site), the price list to sell from, the warehouse to report stock from, and the currency. Connection credentials are always stored encrypted and never shown on screen.

Oversell Protection — Safety Buffer

The stock reported to a channel is reduced by the safety buffer you define, relative to your actual available stock. It is the most practical way to avoid receiving orders for items you have already run out of when selling the same product on multiple channels.

Commission Built Into Prices

The Margin (%) field on the channel card automatically reflects the marketplace commission in your prices; leave it empty and your price list goes out as-is. Different margins per channel are supported.

Per-channel Automation

You choose which jobs run automatically, per channel: order pull, stock push, price push, auto-confirming orders and auto-creating invoices. Any part of the flow can stay on manual approval if you prefer.

Exception Queue

Records that cannot be processed (an incoming order item does not match your product card, an address is invalid, credentials stopped working) are collected in one list. Fix and mark Resolved, or dismiss what you will not act on. If the same issue recurs, the queue keeps a single row — it never fills up with duplicates.

Sync Log

Every sync run is recorded: which channel, which job (order pull, stock push…), how long it took, how many records were processed and how many failed. When something did not arrive, this is the first place to look.
