Add-onConnect external AI assistants such as Claude to Kaptan Köşkü through MCP. An assistant can read CRM, sales, procurement, inventory, finance and workflow records permitted by both your organization and the user granting access. For example, it can retrieve the latest companies or summarize open quotations. Connections are read-only by default. Selected record-creation actions require the organization to enable writing and the user to grant the relevant permission. Critical document actions go to a person for approval inside Kaptan Köşkü, and every call appears in the activity log.
A compatible external assistant connects with user consent. Connected Apps shows which application can access the organization, on whose behalf, and until when. This module provides controlled access for external assistants; it is not a general-purpose assistant builder inside Kaptan Köşkü.
The assistant can discover available resources and retrieve only authorized records. Supported areas include companies and contacts, leads and opportunities, quotations and orders, products, balances and pending approvals. Organization boundaries and the user's data permissions are enforced on each request.
Connection details show each granted read permission and any write permissions. Permissions can be narrowed, expiry shortened, or the connection revoked later. Expanding access requires the user to connect the application again.
An administrator can switch assistant access and writing on or off for the organization. Limits per organization and user, monthly call quota, warning threshold, behavior when the quota is exceeded, and maximum connection duration are set in one policy. With writing disabled, existing connections remain read-only.
When both organization policy and user permission allow writing, supported selected actions are first checked with a dry-run preview. Execution then uses a unique operation key, so retrying after a network failure with the same key does not create a duplicate. External assistants receive no general record-deletion permission.
Critical document actions, such as quotation approval, cannot be completed by an assistant alone. The request goes to Pending Approvals in Kaptan Köşkü, where an authorized person reviews and approves or rejects it. The assistant prepares the action while the final decision stays with your team.
Agent Activity records the connection, user, client, time, action and outcome of each call. An unnecessary or suspicious connection can be revoked from Connected Apps, making it invalid for subsequent calls. External assistant use remains auditable.
