Customer-specific projects, R&D/construction processes, and internal operational work packages. Kanban + Gantt project management + change request tracking + internal calendar planning; cross-team coordination in one panel, integrated with procurement and HR modules.
Key capabilities
Task Management (Kanban)
To Do → In Progress → Test → Done columns with drag-and-drop card management. Personnel assignment, due dates, automatic reminder emails; subtasks enable micro-delegation.
Change Request Management
Out-of-scope change requests (CRs) handled via internal approval workflow; impacted modules, teams, and cost effects reported. Approved CRs auto-create tasks on the relevant sprint.
Company Calendar
Project deadlines, team availability, leave/holiday days, and customer meetings merge into one agenda. Two-way CalDAV/Outlook/Google sync; manager role sees team load.
