Project Card

Customer, budget, start–end date definitions; team assignment, subtasks, and milestones. When the "project-based expense" flag is enabled, purchase invoices land directly on project cost — budget vs actual updates live.

Task Management (Kanban)

To Do → In Progress → Test → Done columns with drag-and-drop card management. Personnel assignment, due dates, automatic reminder emails; subtasks enable micro-delegation.

Change Request Management

Out-of-scope change requests (CRs) handled via internal approval workflow; impacted modules, teams, and cost effects reported. Approved CRs auto-create tasks on the relevant sprint.

Company Calendar

Project deadlines, team availability, leave/holiday days, and customer meetings merge into one agenda. Two-way CalDAV/Outlook/Google sync; manager role sees team load.
