Sales & Marketing

End-to-end sales from lead to closed invoice. The full CRM stack (Leads, Deals, Companies, Contacts, Contracts, Tasks, Events, Visits, Calls, Emails) works together; the sales chain extends through Quote → Order → Dispatch → Invoice → Return.

Key capabilities

Lead & 360° Account View

Leads collected from web, trade fair, or manual entry are qualified into companies and contacts. 360° view shows invoices, orders, meetings, visits, and calls on one screen; credit limit definitions constrain sales rep authority.

Deals & Pipeline (Kanban)

Sales funnel visualized as Kanban cards with drag-and-drop stage transitions. Estimated value + close date feed the forecast; clicking Won automatically creates references to contract, quote, and order.

Lead → Deal → Quote → Order → Dispatch → Invoice → Collection

The end-to-end sales chain begins with the Lead (potential customer), flows through the Deal (Kanban pipeline), then converts to Quote → Order → Dispatch → Invoice. Each stage references the previous one; orders pass through approval, credit limit, and stock reservation checks. After the invoice is issued, the open amount surfaces on the customer account and automatically queues in the **Collection screen in the Finance module** — closing the order-to-cash loop. Returns are absorbed back into the system via Return Dispatch + Return Invoice rather than deletion.

Activity Management

Tasks tracked with Kanban + due dates, with automatic reminder emails; Events planned on the calendar (Google/Outlook sync); call logs, email archive, and on-site visit check-ins all accumulate in the customer card.

Pricelists & Contracts

Segment-specific price matrices (B2B, B2C, VIP Dealer); the pricelist bound to a customer card overrides the default list during ordering. Official contracts stored as PDF + digital signature in DMS; a draft contract can block sales output.

Sales Targets & Commission

Per-rep and team quotas by period (Q1, H1, annual); invoiced deals automatically fill the achievement graph. Commission calculations draw directly from this panel.
