A new module that brings social media operations inside the ERP. Channel connections, content planning, and engagement collection in one panel — integrated with customer cards, so incoming DMs/comments reflect in the customer 360° history. The module is actively expanding.

Per-channel basic KPIs (reach, engagement, post count), period comparison, and hashtag analysis are on the development roadmap. The current version provides basic metrics and an inbox summary.
