Contract Management lets you draft, version and submit customer and supplier contracts for approval in one place inside CRM. An approved contract becomes a commercial agreement in a single step, or is linked to an existing one, so the contract text and commercial terms never drift apart. Sold as an add-on module.

Key capabilities

Contract types and templates

Start with ready types such as sales framework, supplier purchasing, dealership and distribution, service level (SLA) and NDA; each type can carry Turkish/English templates, a notice period and an auto-renewal default.

Versioning and documents

Every revision is kept as a new version; files link to document management, the active version is set in one click and earlier versions can be downloaded.

Approval flow

Submitting a contract runs the existing approval engine, and the approval history is tracked on the contract.

Conversion to a commercial agreement

Create a commercial agreement from an approved contract or link it to an existing one; dates can be synchronized on request.

Critical clauses and term tracking

Record critical clauses such as penalties; start, end, notice date and auto-renewal are tracked on one screen.

Integrated with CRM

Contracts sit under the CRM menu; signature status, responsible unit and archive details live on the contract record.
